This interview with Radio Kerry took place in November 2012 after I returned from a trip to Ireland. It was an incredible experience, as I was able to meet a man who has the same surname as myself – spelled Kennelly in Ireland – proven to be a distant cousin via Y-DNA testing that only passes down father to son, father to son, etc. Ironically, he lived in County Limerick, the same county my immigrant ancestor Thomas Kennelly was from. The photos throughout the video are all from my trip.
